When we work with brands
Some episodes and articles are made in partnership with brands. When they are, we say so — clearly, in the video, in the caption, and on the page, using the platform's paid-partnership tools and the word "sponsored" where it applies. You will never have to guess.
What money does not buy
His opinion. Partners are told this before any contract is signed: the verdict is his, the audience stays in on the joke, and nobody hands him a script. If he wouldn't say it for free, he won't say it for money. This is, frankly, why the partnerships work.
Gifted products
Brands sometimes send products without payment. Receiving something does not guarantee it appears — and it certainly does not guarantee approval. If a gifted product shows up in an episode, we disclose that it was gifted.
Affiliate links
We use affiliate links on our links page, through ShopMy and LTK, and on our how we built this page, where some of the tools we list are linked with an affiliate link. If you buy or sign up after clicking one, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
What that does not change: nothing is listed because a brand paid for it. The shops hold things we already own, already use, or have already said something about on camera — including a few he was rude about. A commission is not an endorsement, and an endorsement here is never for sale. Anything that was paid for is labelled as a partnership, not quietly slipped into a shop.
